Registration fees for the BSACI 2019 Annual Meeting, Thursday 3rd – Saturday 5th October 2019.

Registration fees include the following:

BSACI Member Registration Fees

Please note that only BSACI Members with up to date subscriptions are eligible for the member registration fees. Please contact the BSACI directly on info@bsaci.org with any queries regarding your membership subscription.

Group Registrations

To register a group of 10 or more participants please contact Nikki McGee at bsaci@medivents.co.uk or call 00 44 (0) 1462 476315.

Payment

All payments for registration should be made in full before attending the Meeting or within 4 weeks of submitting your registration. If full payment is not received prior to the Meeting you will be asked to settle any outstanding amount upon arrival at the registration desk.

If you have problem making the payment prior to the start of the meeting please contact the Meeting secretariat at bsaci@medivents.co.uk or call the Meeting line on 00 44 (0) 1462 476315 and speak to Jane or Nikki.

Visa Applications

If you require a letter to confirm your attendance at the meeting please complete your registration and payment and then contact us.

Please note that invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers, delegates and those submitting abstracts.

If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation policy.

Certificates of attendance and CPD Accreditation

Certificates of attendance will be emailed to you after the meeting. You will be invited to complete an online evaluation form and then you will be able to download your certificate of attendance. Certificates will only be available to delegates who attended the meeting.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Medivents Meeting Secretariat at bsaci@medivents.co.uk.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday 9th September 2019 with a refund as follows:

  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents by 12th July 2019: Full refund (less £35 administration fee).
  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents from 13th July 2018 to 9th September 2019: 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Medivents if fees not already paid at time of cancellation).
  • Cancellation received in writing by Medivents after 9th September 2019: No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Medivents if fees not already paid at time of cancellation).
